Description
Find out what a RAND School class is like. Join us for From Good Ideas to Action where we'll discuss the question, "Why do good policy recommendations so often fail to get implemented?" with Professor Clint Hinote.
During this class experience, students explore what happens after the analysis is done—how leadership, organizational culture, bureaucracy, risk aversion, and competing priorities can stand in the way of even the best ideas, and what analysts can do to help decision-makers move from evidence to action.
